People use cannabis for many different reasons. Some people may find that their cannabis use is stopping them from enjoying day-to-day life. It’s important to remember that using cannabis is not risk-free.
Here are a few signs that cannabis use may be a problem:
- You are unable to complete what is needed at work; you miss shifts or deadlines
- You miss important social, work or recreational activities due to cannabis use
- You are using cannabis more often and in larger amounts than you intended
- You are not able to cut down or stop using cannabis
